Women, when asked, will always say the most desirable and sexy trait that a man can have is to be confident. Act like you run the world, like you are the most desirable man on earth and you can get practically whatever you want, whenever you want. If you approach a woman and you seem hesitant or you act like you are nervous, you will get rejected almost 100% of the time. Be confident!
